Now that we know the date and time you inquired about is available. "Booking Form #2" should answer all of our questions will both may have (setup, sound check time, equipment details, rates, etc...).
Please note that after the this form is submitted:
(1) A rate or other arrangement will need to be met.
(2) You will be emailed an invoice to sign and mail back.
(3) The date will be officially set when the "50% hold the date deposit" or other made arrangement is made.
